    All the cheeses of the Opal Coast that we offer are made in our production workshops in Wierre Effroy. They are the result of a 100% milk approach from the Côte d’Opale which consists in working only with dairy producers close to the dairy-cheese dairy (all the dairy producers with whom we work are less than 10km from our workshops)and to pay them precisely.
