You can come to the shop to observe and discover the production through our visiting corridor. Tasting is available as well as descriptive panels to explain the cheese making process.

No reservation, only from Monday to Friday (except Thursday).
To fully enjoy the experience and see the live production, we advise you to come in the following time slot: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.
