All the Côte d'Opale cheeses we sell are made in our workshops in Wierre Effroy. We have two workshops - one for cheese made with pasteurised milk and a second for cheese made with raw milk. To reveal all the delicious flavours in our cheese, we recommend taking them out of the fridge at least one hour before tasting them. All their aromas and character will be at their best. Some of our cheeses can also be used for cooking. Let your imagination run wild and use your creativity for maximum pleasure!
